ТК-10 is an innovative composition for removing corrosion (liquid).
The composition is intended for cleaning the surfaces of structural steel, non-ferrous metals, cast iron, stainless steel from corrosive deposits and oxide films.
The composition provides a complex effect: cleaning, anti-corrosion protection, disinfection.

The composition of the TK-10 product: water, hydrochloric acid, urotropine, isopropyl alcohol, a mixture of ethoxylated alkyl phenols, oleic acid.
Method of application: the composition is used for cleaning metal surfaces from corrosive deposits and oxide films.
- Before processing, it is necessary to remove dirt, loose and formation rust. The composition is applied to a surface cleaned of dirt, dust and moisture by spraying or immersion at a temperature of + 10 ° C to + 50 ° C.
- The composition of TK-10 is removed from the surface with water (preferably using a high pressure washer).
- To neutralize the reaction after using the composition, the surface must be treated with a solution of water with technical soda 50g / 1l of water (solution consumption 100-150 ml / 1m²) until neutral reaction according to a universal indicator (pH from 5.5 to 7).
- The duration of the TK-10 composition depends on the degree of corrosion and ranges from 5 to 30 minutes. It is allowed to process a damp surface.
- Total consumption when applied by brush, roller, spray 200-300 g / m² (1l / 4-7 m²). Consumption depends on the operating conditions and the degree of metal corrosion.
Storage: Store in a sealed manufacturer's container separate from food. Store in covered dry rooms, at a temperature not higher than + 35 ° С and not lower than + 5 ° С, at a distance of at least 1 meter from heating devices in conditions excluding the action of aggressive environments.
